GDPR - How We Use Your Information

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an EU law that dictates how we can collect, store and use your information. The UK subscribes to this law, even though it is no longer in the EU. Below is a list of all the data we have, who we share it with and how you can get us to delete it if you no longer wish us to retain it.

We used InfusionSoft to send you PDFs and links to articles. We will also occasionally use it to inform you of promotions, but only if you have opted in.

We use LinnWorks to help manage our orders and make sure that your products reach you on time.

Shipping Agents: Finally, we may use your data if you place an order with us to get your products to you. We tend to use DHL, FedEx and Royal Mail but if we use someone else we will let you know when we send the tracking number.

We use DocuSign for collecting information with regards to contracts, agreements and due diligence on our sales.

We need your information only for the purposes of providing you with the information you have requested, the products you have ordered or to keep you informed about product recalls, updates or promotions.

We will only ever use it for the reasons you have given us permission.

How Can I Get My Data Deleted?

Simple. Email us at sales@lfamachines.com with the following information:

Subject Line: GDPR - Please Delete My Information:

Name: FULL NAME

Email Address: EMAIL1, EMAIL 2, EMAIL 3...

We will then make sure that all of your information is wiped from our systems.
