TDP 0 Version
Finding out if your machine is a version 1 or version 2 TDP 0 is quite simple. On the front of your machine, you will see a metal plate, this is where the machine serial number is. If the serial number starts with ACAA, you have a version 1 TDP 0. If the serial number starts with ACBA, you have a version 2.

The Lower Assembly Timing Cam for the TDP 0 is the cam on the left hand side of the press that attaches directly to the top cam drive shaft. It is unlikely that this will ever need replacing. However it is a good idea to check the grooves on yours regularly. If there is any visible damage or pitting, it may be time for a replacement.
The Lower Assembly Timing Cam for the TDP 0 from LFA Tablet Presses is keyed to fit on to the top cam drive shaft on the inside of the TDP 0 base.
When mounting this piece it is a good idea to ensure that there is ample grease between the timing cam, top cam drive shaft and base.
