The Tooling Kits from LFA Machines are the quickest and easiest way to change over your RTP 118 from a Euro B to Euro D machine. Each kit will include all the components you will need to make the change. There are many benefits to having both Euro D and Euro B kits for your RTP 118, such as the ability to make larger tablets, increase/decrease production amounts as well as being able to make all the products you require, as each product needs different doses.

Each kit will include all the components you will need to make the change. There are many benefits to having Euro D, Euro BB and Euro B kits for your RTP 118, such as the ability to make larger tablets, increase/decrease production amounts as well as being able to make all the products you require, as each product needs different doses.
In each LFA Machines RTP 118 Tooling Change Kit, there will be the following :
- Turret (Euro B, D or BB)
- Ejection Cam (Euro B, D or BB)
- Die Removal Bar (Euro B, D or BB)
- Upper Tracking (Euro B, D or BB)
- Middle Die Grub Nuts (7, 9 or 11 Pieces)
Unless specified during purchasing, we ship all RTP 118 machines installed with Euro B tooling. The Euro B RTP 118 will come with 9 stations, with a maximum output of 32,400 tablets per hour. This tooling set allows for tablets up to 16mm in diameter. If you would like a Euro D or Euro BB style RTP 118, please reach out to our sales team. The RTP 118 Euro D machine comes with 7 stations, a maximum output of 25,200 tablets per hour. The Euro D RTP 118 is able to make tablets up to 25mm in diameter which is perfect for effervescent tablets, or tablets that require large amounts of active ingredients. The Euro BB specified RTP 118 will come with 11 stations and boast an impressive 39,600 maximum tablets per hour.
